Deployed into your environment, supported by our team
Run Omnie AI on your own infrastructure — without taking on the maintenance burden.
We scope your environment
We work with your team to understand your infrastructure, data-residency needs and the local or industry regulations you operate under.
We deploy on your infrastructure
Your chosen Omnie AI apps are installed inside your own servers, private cloud or network, so your data never leaves your control.
We keep it updated & supported
Our team handles updates, security patches and support, so your self-hosted apps stay current, secure and reliable.
Keep your data in-house, on your terms.
Self-hosting gives regulated and security-conscious teams full control over where data lives and how it is governed.
Full control of your data
Your data stays inside your own infrastructure at all times. Nothing is stored on third-party servers, so you decide exactly where it lives and who can access it.
Compliance with local & industry regulations
Meet the rules that apply to you — from GDPR and HIPAA to sector-specific and country-specific requirements — by keeping processing inside an environment you control and can audit.
Data residency & sovereignty
Keep data within a specific country or region to satisfy data-residency and sovereignty obligations, without compromising on functionality.
Your security policies apply
Run Omnie AI behind your own firewalls, access controls and monitoring, so it fits the security posture and policies your organisation already enforces.
Deployed & supported by our team
You get the control of self-hosting without the maintenance burden — our team deploys, updates and supports your apps inside your environment.
The same AI-powered apps
Self-hosted deployments run the same ready-made, AI-powered Omnie AI apps, customisable with AI and connected to the systems you already use.
Built to meet the standards your sector expects.
Self-hosted deployments meet the same security, data-protection and accessibility standards below, running inside your own environment — here’s what each one covers.
UK GDPR & EU GDPR
How personal data is handled. A data-protection lead, mapped personal data (ROPA), clear privacy notices, Data Processing Agreements with vendors, and defined subject-access (DSAR) and breach procedures.
Data Protection Act 2018 (UK)
The UK’s implementation of GDPR. ICO registration and data-protection fee, UK GDPR controls applied across the app, and records of processing activities kept up to date.
SOC 2 (Type II)
Independent assurance over security, availability and confidentiality. Controls are operated over a 3–12 month window and audited by an independent CPA firm, who issue the SOC 2 Type II report.
HIPAA (US)
Protection of US health information. Business Associate Agreements, Privacy and Security Rule safeguards (access controls, encryption, audit logging), a risk analysis and workforce training.
FERPA (US)
Protection of US student education records. Operating under a “school official” designation, restricted access to records, parental/eligible-student consent, and data-handling agreements with the institution.
WCAG 2.2 AA / Accessibility
Accessibility for all users. The site and app are audited against WCAG 2.2 AA, aligned with the Equality Act, ADA and EN 301 549, issues are remediated, and testing is carried out on an ongoing basis.
Trusted by teams around the world.
